High school softball team celebrates as Jenna Donaldson crosses home plate after her grand slam!

What a great four-day school week for the Drummond Bulldogs!

Tuesday, high school baseball defeated Lookeba-Sickles 12-4 and Fargo 15-0. The high school softball team beat Pioneer 12-1; Jenna Donaldson hit a grand slam! The junior high softball team also played Pioneer, but fell short.

Wednesday, the National Honor Society had their induction ceremony. The new members are Ben Atkinson, Owen Atkinson, Addison Bryant, Avery Bryant, Brianna Clark, Kendra Dillingham, Jenna Donaldson, Addison Gorton, Kayden Lawrence, Bree Morton, Natalia Pitchford, and Blake Richter. FFA competed in the Youth Expo trapshoot.

Thursday, high school baseball lost to Okarche 1-16. Junior high baseball lost to Vici 1-3 and Calumet 2-9 in the Calumet Festival. Junior high and high school softball played Enid, after a fourteen-inning battle, high school fell short 1-2. Junior high lost 5-6.

Today, high school baseball plays at Santa Fe South. The Garfield County stock show and fair are going on through the weekend.

Saturday, junior high baseball traveled back to Calumet to play for the Consolation Championship at noon and won against Canute 9-1.

In Class A, our high school softball team is ranked #8 and baseball is ranked #18! Addison Gorton was named Enid News & Eagle Female Athlete of the Week! We are so proud of our athletes!
